TUESDAYS WINTER STORM MOVED INTO EASTERN MISSOURI EARLY THIS
MORNING...TAKING THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL WITH IT. SNOW WILL BEGIN TO
DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. HOWEVER...NORTH
WINDS HAVE INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH...WHICH WILL LEAD TO AREAS OF
BLOWING SNOW THROUGH THE MORNING. FLURRIES WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE
DAY...BUT NO SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED.

* LOCATION...NORTH CENTRAL MISSOURI.
* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES WILL PERSIST THROUGH MUCH OF THE
DAY...BUT THE STRONG NORTH WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH...RESULTING IN
BLOWING SNOW...WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE REGION ONLY THROUGH THE MID-
MORNING HOURS.
* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS THIS MORNING WILL RESULT IN BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW...POSSIBLY RUSTLING IN WHITE OUT CONDITIONS AND
MAKING ANY TRAVEL VERY TREACHEROUS AS ROADS WILL REMAIN DIFFICULT
TO CLEAR THROUGH MID-MORNING.
