...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...
MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND CALM WINDS HAVE RESULTED IN VISIBILITIES
DROPPING TO A HALF MILE OR LESS IN A FEW ISOLATED LOCATIONS ACROSS
THE FOUR STATE REGION EARLY THIS MORNING. THE DENSE FOG IS NOT
EXPECTED TO BECOME WIDESPREAD...AS CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE
THROUGH DAYBREAK. ALSO A LIGHT SOUTH WIND MAY DEVELOP WHICH WOULD
POTENTIALLY LEAD TO IMPROVING CONDITIONS. MOTORISTS EARLY THIS
MORNING SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND BE PREPARED FOR RAPID REDUCTIONS OF
VISIBILITY. THE FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE BY 9 AM.
