CONTINUES ACROSS THE SOUTH THIS MORNING...
.LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO MIGRATE SLOWLY SOUTHWARD ACROSS
SOUTHEAST IOWA...NORTHEAST MISSOURI AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS THIS
MORNING. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE
POSSIBLE...BEFORE THE SNOW ENDS LATER THIS MORNING.
BITTER COLD WIND CHILL VALUES WILL OVERSPREAD MUCH OF THE REGION
THIS MORNING AS ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE REGION. NORTH
WINDS FROM 10 TO 15 MPH...COMBINED WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE
DIGITS...WILL PUSH WIND CHILLS INTO A RANGE OF 20 BELOW TO NEAR 25
BELOW OVER MUCH OF EASTERN IOWA AND FAR NORTHWEST ILLINOIS DURING
THE MORNING HOURS. BITTER COLD...AND AT TIMES DANGEROUSLY COLD
WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE REGION TONIGHT INTO EARLY MONDAY
MORNING.
