...ARCTIC COLD FRONT ARRIVES THIS MORNING...
A STRONG ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS
MORNING. THE WIND WILL BECOME NORTH AND INCREASE TO 15 MPH WITH
GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH. SNOW SHOWERS ARE ALSO LIKELY THIS MORNING WITH
THE FRONT WHICH WILL LOCALLY REDUCE VISIBILITY AND CAUSE SOME
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ON UNTREATED ROADWAYS. TEMPERATURES
WILL START OUT IN THE 30S AREA-WIDE THIS MORNING...BUT FALL
SHARPLY THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE 20S AND INTO THE TEENS. THE
COMBINATION OF FALLING TEMPERATURES AND STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS
WILL CAUSE WIND CHILL VALUES TO FALL BELOW ZERO BY THIS EVENING.
THOSE WITH OUTDOOR PLANS TODAY AND TONIGHT SHOULD PREPARE FOR THIS
CHANGING WEATHER.
