PORTIONS OF THE REGION IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. IN ADDITION...
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEGUN TO DEVELOP OVER PORTIONS OF
NORTHEAST ARKANSAS...FAR SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND ILLINOIS DURING
THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS.
* RAINFALL RATES IN THUNDERSTORMS COULD PUSH OVER 2 INCHES AN HOUR
THIS AFTERNOON. EVEN A QUICK INCH OR SO OF RAINFALL COULD CAUSE
MAJOR FLASH FLOODING IMPACTS. BE PREPARED TOP MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND IF FLASH FLOODING OCCURS.
