Bill and Barb Millsap, Tonganoxie, announce the engagement of their daughter, Terri, to Luke Stean, son of Larry and Mary Stean, Tonganoxie.

The future bride is a 1996 graduate of Tonganoxie High School and Kansas City Kansas Community College. She is employed in the road department office of Jefferson County.

The future groom is a 1995 graduate of Tonganoxie High School who is a union millwright in Kansas City, Mo.

The couple plan an April 28, 2001, wedding at the Circle S Ranch north of Lawrence. They plan to live in McLouth.
