Bill and Dorothy Stewart

George W. “Bill” and Dorothy Stewart, Tonganoxie, celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.

The couple were married Jan. 26, 1946, in Kansas City, Kan.

Mr. Stewart is a retired builder, and Mrs. Stewart is a homemaker.

The couple have three children, Robert “Mike” Stewart and John Stewart, both of Olathe, and Patricia Stewart, Belvue, Kan.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
