The following FFA members attended: Karl Cleavinger, Chester Henre, Josh Olsen, Greg Frye, Charlie Jones, Megan Lawrence, Katie Yunghans, and Brooke Grey.

The contest consisted of seven areas examination, identifying milk flavors, evaluating sediment samples, identifying cheeses, determining between real and artificial products, performing mastitis tests and inspecting milker units.

These participants received special individual honors: Megan Lawrence, third place; Karl Cleavinger, fourth place; Josh Olsen, fifth place; Greg Frye, seventh place; Charlie Jones, eighth place; and Katie Yunghans, who placed third on the B-team.

The Tonganoxie FFA poultry team took eighth place at the contest. Members who competed in this category were Ashley Van Fleet, Cody Owsley, John Volk and Cory Mitchell.
