Obituary: Densie Marie Ogilvie

Services for Densie Marie Langford-Ogilvie, 64, Basehor, were Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003, at Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs. Burial was in Bonner Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Ogilvie died Friday, Nov. 14, 2003. She was born Dec. 19, 1938, in Lamar, Mo., the daughter of Joseph Jack Langford and Illene Helen McMackin-Langford.

She lived most of her life in Bonner Springs, and she graduated in 1957 from Bonner Springs High School.

She married Eugene N. Ogilvie on June 1, 1958. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Ogilvie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter Day Saints in Kansas City, Kan.

In 2000, she and her husband moved to the Basehor area to live with their son, James.

Survivors include her husband, Eugene Ogilvie Sr., of the home, and two sons, Eugene Ogilvie Jr., Basehor, and James Ogilvie, also of the home; two sisters, Mae Sparks, Edwards, Mo., and Annie Langford, Springfield, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
