Obituary: Harold W. Jones

Harold W. Jones, 85, Tonganoxie, died Dec. 2, 2004, at Tonganoxie Nursing Center.

Cremation was planned. No memorial services are planned.

Mr. Jones was born Sept. 19, 1919, in McLouth, the son of Walter and Stella (Haas) Jones.

He was a World War II Army Air Corp veteran and a member of Tonganoxie Friends Church. He was a retired farmer, postal clerk and rural mail carrier in the Tonganoxie area.

Survivors include a brother, Glenn A. Jones, Lawrence, and a sister, Helen Redman, Grand Junction, Colo.

Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie, handled arrangements.
