Obituary: Richard H. “Tiny” Lenahan

Services for Richard H. “Tiny” Lenahan, 61, Tonganoxie, were Monday, July 5, 2004, at Tonganoxie United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Paul Waters officiating. Burial was in Hubbel Hill Cemetery, Tonganoxie.

Mr. Lenahan died Thursday, July 1, 2004, at his home. He was born Jan. 23, 1943, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Francis and Beulah (Somers) Lenahan.

He retired as a car salesman for Ellena Buick, Lawrence. He was a member of Tonganoxie United Methodist Church.

On Feb. 14, 1976, he married Sandy J. Dickhout in Kansas City, Mo. She survives, of the home.

Other survivors include two sons, Heath Lenahan, Lee’s Summit, Mo., and Brian Lueck, Livingston, Texas; two daughters, Tracy Burns, Houston, and Kathy Wilkinson, Lee’s Summit, Mo.; his mother, Beulah Lenahan, Tonganoxie; and five grandchildren.
