The Bulldogs defeated Troy on Oct. 4 in a three-game match, 20-25, 26-24, 25-20, and earned their sixth win of the season.

In McLouth’s other match, the Bulldogs faced Jackson Heights. MHS fought hard for two games, but fell to the Cobras, 25-17, 25-23.

In the other match, Jackson Heights defeated Troy, 25-23, 25-18.

In addition to the victory against Troy, MHS also has defeated Elwood, Wyandotte, KC-Washington, Topeka-Highland Park and Shawnee-Maranatha.

The team played Tuesday at Valley Falls and will be back home Saturday with the McLouth Invitational. The tournament begins at 9 a.m.

The tournament will mark the end of the regular season for MHS.
