After starting the season at 0-4 in the Delaware Valley League Tournament, the Bulldogs have dropped matches at Kansas City Christian and Jefferson County North.

On Aug. 30, the Bulldogs dropped matches to Kansas City Christian (25-17, 25-12), Horton (25-10, 25-16) and Valley Falls (25-13, 25-23).

The team was back in action Sept. 6 at Jefferson County North in Winchester.

McLouth had close games against Troy and JCN, but couldn’t come away with a win. Troy defeated McLouth, 25-18, 25-20. JCN then defeated MHS, 25-10, 25-22 in the second match of the night.

The Bulldogs played their first home matches Tuesday in McLouth and will be off next week before hitting the courts again Sept. 27 at Doniphan West.
