Obituary: Homer L. Dyer III

Memorial services for Homer L. Dyer III, 58, Ozawkie, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2006, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Kansas City, Kan. Cremation was planned.

Mr. Dyer died Sunday, March 12, 2006, at his home. He was born Aug. 18, 1947, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Homer L. and Gloria (Swenson) Dyer II. He was a Vietnam veteran who served in both the U.S. Army (1965-69) and Navy (1972-74).

Survivors include a son, Homer L. Dyer IV, Kansas City, Kan.

Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie, handled arrangements.
