Obituary: Doris Mae Lister

Memorial services for former Kansas City, Kan., resident Doris Mae Lister, 81, Tonganoxie, were Friday, Aug. 25, 2006, at Quisenberry Funeral Home in Tonganoxie.

Mrs. Lister died Aug. 23, 2006, at Tonganoxie Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 4, 1924, in Kansas City, Kan, the daughter of Raymond and Edna (Hartman) Dillard.

She worked as a secretary and was a member of the Christ the King Church, Kansas City, Kan. She was married to Albert M. Lister, who died in 1998.

Survivors include a son, Alan Lister, and his wife, Juanetti, Tonganoxie; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
