Obituary: Leroy S. Tinberg

Services for Leroy S. Tinberg, 81, Tonganoxie, were Monday, Feb. 6, 2006, at Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie. Burial was in Bonner Springs Cemetery, Bonner Springs.

Mr. Tinberg died Friday, Feb. 3, 2006, at the University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kan. He was born Feb. 13, 1924, in Leavenworth County, the son of Elmer and Clara (Smith) Tinberg. He retired from the Kansas Department of Transportation. He also farmed.

Survivors include a brother, Delmar Tinberg, Tonganoxie, and a sister, Alena Mae Scheidt, Linwood.
