1:30 p.m., Agenda Item No 1: Consideration of a Proposed Amendment to Article 22 Special Use Permits and Temporary Use Permits of the 2006 Leavenworth County Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. Such amendment would add distiller and brewery to the uses allowed under a Special Use Permit in the R-Rural District.
