Leavenworth County inluded in snow advisory
The National Weather Service has issued a snow advisory for eastern Kansas, as well as western and northern Missouri.
Leavenworth County is included in that snow advisory area. The advisory remains in effect until 6 a.m. Thursday. The area could receive 4 to 5 inches of snow, with wind gusting in the 15 mph to 25 mph range.
