Blood drive passes goal

Community Blood Center reported that 25 units of blood were donated Wednesday, Dec. 23 at Vintage Park in Tonganoxie at its blood drive. The facility’s inaugural blood drive surpassed its goal of 20 units.

The next blood drive will be Friday, Feb. 19 at the VFW Post Home, 910 E. First St. Contact Dr. Richard Dean at (913) 845-2164 or log on at esavealife.org and enter code tonganoxie for an appointment.
