Frances Jeannin attended the reunion of those who had attended Dafer Grade School, held at the home of Bill and Sue Theno, on Sunday. She also visited Lloyd and Marian Schubert of Bonner Springs.

Wayne and Mildred Kirby visited Don and Ann Kirby on Sunday.

Lynn Heskett and Michelle visited Thamar Barnett on Saturday. They were going to attend a graduation party for Tommy Heskett in Tonganoxie and came here for a little while.

Thamar Barnett attended a picnic for what was called the 10th and Olive gang at the home of Dave and Sue Ryan on Saturday in Leavenworth. These were people who had grown up in that area in the late 1940s and 1950s. Some of them were Thamar’s cousins and many of the others had visited the Rose farm where Thamar grew up with them.
