Deanna Ward and daughter Tina Brock of Wichita were guests of Bid Sheppard on June 9 and Wednesday, June 10.

The Jarbalo United Methodist Women held their spring tea on Friday. There were women there from several churches and it was enjoyed by all.

There was a homecoming celebration at High Prairie Church on Sunday. They also celebrated the 90th birthday of Mary Ellen Sloan and 85th for Virginia Seymour. The two also were honored for all the contributions and support they have given the church. A number of people from the area attended.
