Jennifer and David Roggenkamp of St. Marys and Brayden spent the weekend with Johnny and Jackie Schwinn.

On Wednesday, Feb. 25, Sharon Lynn and Evelyn Schwinn went to visit their brother, Harold Steed, in Edwardsville. They enjoyed lunch together.

The Springdale Friends Church is planning a sausage and pancake supper for 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 27. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The adult Sunday school class that Wayne and Anabel Knapp attend in McLouth had its chili and soup supper on Feb. 21.

Thelma Farris visited her sister and brother-in-law, Anabel and Wayne Knapp, on Feb. 22.

Rev. Morgan Smith was a Tuesday evening guest and visited Wayne and Anabel Knapp on Feb. 24.

Wayne and Anabel Knapp attended Ash Wednesday services on Feb. 25 at McLouth United Methodist Church. It was a very impressive service.

L.J. and Gertrude Chrisman’s son-in-law had a very serious operation on his heart on Feb. 19. He was in surgery from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. He is now home and doing really well. He was operated on at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.
