a) City Administrator’s agenda statement re: Issuance of $1,390,000 General Obligation Bonds

b) Recommendations for issuance of $1,390,000 and schedule of events

c) Consider Resolution 04-10-01 authorizing the improvement or reimprovement of certain main trafficways within the City of Tonganoxie, Kansas and providing for payment of the costs thereof.

d) Consider Resolution 04-10-02 authorizing and providing for the construction improvements to an existing public building in the City of Tonganoxie, Kansas and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

e) Consider Resolution 04-10-03 authorizing the offering for sale of general obligation bonds, series 2010A, of the City of Tonganoxie Kansas.

V. New Business

a) Consider Resolution 04-10-04 scheduling a public hearing on April 26, 2010 on Neighborhood Revitalization Plan.

b) Consider Resolution 04-10-05 revising the nepotism policy of the City of Tonganoxie to exempt members of immediate families within the same department if one of more family members are employed as a part-time, temporary, seasonal, volunteer or reserve employee.

c) Consider Fire Chief David Bennett, recommendation to hire two full time fire fighters

d) Discuss Interlocal Agreements associated with County Road No 1 associated with Planning of the corridor and finance obligations of the City associated with the corridor improvement.

e) Consider Special Event Application for Genesis Christian Academy 5K Run/Walk

f) Discuss Solicitor’s Permit and consider placing Ordinance on the next agenda for consideration

g) Tonganoxie Social Networking – Facebook and Twitter
