In spite of the wintry weather, the sausage pancake supper at Springdale Friends Church had a nice crowd attend. Hats off to our young men for cooking. Thanks to all who came.

On March 3 Sharon Lynn and Evelyn Schwinn had a sister day. They had lunch at Ten Penny and did visiting and shopping.

Josh English filled the pulpit on March 6 at Springdale Friends Church. After church, he joined the Ray Cole family and Evelyn Schwinn for lunch at the Pizza Hut in Lansing. He is a seminary student.

Little Charles Coffing and Abbey Coffin turned 3 years old on March 10. Her Uncle Dean Wolfe enjoyed a birthday on March 9.

Anabel and Wayne Knapp attended the 97th birthday party for Louise Gelbert at her daughter Kathleen’s home in McLouth.

Tom and Kathy Powell had a birthday party and dinner at their home for their son, Tommy, on Sunday. Family attending were Tom’s mother, Donna, from Lansing and Tom’s sisters Pat and Sally, brothers Doug and Jim and Kathy’s mother and father, Bill and Helen Nowlau and Kathy and Tom’s son, David.
