Former teachers returning for open house, discussion on mission work in Kenya
Former Tonganoxie teachers John and Cindy Korb, who have been serving with the Maryknoll Lay Missioners during the past year, will be returning for an April visit to Tonganoxie.
Sacred Heart Catholic Church is having an open house reception for them from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, April 10 at the church, 1100 West St., in Tonganoxie.
The Korbs will give a 20- to 30-minute presentation on their work in Kenya.
