Tonganoxie Public Library to have reception for Kitts on Friday
There will be an farewell reception for Tonganoxie Public Library Director Royce Kitts from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at the library.
Kitts, who came to the library in August 2008, has accepted a position with Washburn University.
