Jarbalo Jottings
There was a get-together of the Barnett and Heskett families and Thad Rose family at Jarbalo United Methodist Church on Saturday in celebration of the graduation of Michelle Heskett from Marmaton Valley High School in Moran the week before. There were 41 people in attendance.
Paul and Lynn Heskett, Michelle and Isaac stayed with Thamar Barnett Friday night. Saturday night Julia Carter stayed with her. Shianne Carter spent Saturday night and Sunday with her father, Jeff Carter, who is temporarily staying in Leavenworth.
Saturday Orville and Rosie Oelschlaeger went to cemeteries in Sabetha, Morrill and Troy. After that they visited Gary and Linda Blanton of Troy.
Sunday after they had been to church, Orville and Rosie Oelschlaeger and Helen McBroom ate at Gambino’s Pizza in Tonganoxie.
