Wyatt Schwinn and Amber and Isabella Gillaspie were promoted from kindergarten on May 25 at Pleasant Ridge Elementary School in Easton. Evelyn Schwinn is great-grandmother of all three.

Dean and Becky Wolfe are parents of a new son, born on May 22. He weighed in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 and 1/2 inches long. They named him Keaton Willoubhby Wolfe. He has a brother Brennen and two sisters, Baylee and Kinlee, to welcome him home. Jenny Coffin and Evelyn Schwinn of Springdale are great-grandmothers.

Wayne and Anabel Knapp and Austin Knapp traveled to Emporia to attend the wedding of Lorene and Ryan Tindle, son of Debbie and Terry Tindle of Fredonia. It was a lovely wedding at Life Church in Emporia with an equally lovely reception. When the Knapps arrived at home, a local television station was getting footage of severe weather clouds, which were above the Knapps’ home. No damage was done.
