MHS volleyball goes 1-1 at home triangular
The McLouth High volleyball teams split a pair of matches against Northeast Kansas League opponents Tuesday in its own gym.
The Bulldogs (7-7) opened with a three-set victory against Jackson Heights, 25-16, 15-25, 25-23, then fell to Jefferson County North in straight sets, 25-10, 25-6. The home competition was McLouth’s last until a senior night triangular Oct. 8 against Immaculata and Oskaloosa.
Coach Kay Koch’s team will try to get above .500 when it travels Sept. 24 to Immaculata for a triangular with Horton.
