Voters can cast advance ballots ahead of the Nov. 4 general election from 1-7 p.m. Oct. 27 at Tonganoxie Public Library, Third and Bury streets, and from 1-7 p.m. Oct. 28 at Basehor Community Library, 1400 158th St. Advance voting will be offered during the same time slot Oct. 30 at Linwood Community Library, 19649 Linwood Road.
