In this Thursday, July 25, 2019 photo, workers at the Electric Time Company in Medfield, Mass., test a 20-foot high clock, built for a new train station in Bangkok, Thailand. Daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 12. People should set their clocks ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night.

It’s time to move clocks ahead an hour when heading to bed Saturday night.

Daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, unless you’re in Arizona, Hawaii, or select U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.

Those states and territories do not observe daylight saving time. It will continue until early November when clocks are set back an hour.
