The market will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Tonganoxie Public Library parking lot, 217 E. Fourth St. This year’s market, like previous years, started in the spring and took place every Thursday night at the library.

This year’s farmers market had a total of 23 vendors, according to one of the market’s organizers, Natalie Frese. She said the highest attendance during one of the weekly three-hour sessions was 700 with an average of 275 for the 23 weeks of the weekly event heading into the final night this week.

There also were four different food trucks and four musicians/bands that performed during that time.
