Good Shepherd opening furniture, holiday store in downtown Tonganoxie

Good Shepherd is expanding to the south side of Fourth Street in downtown Tonganoxie. The grand opening for the new Christmas and furniture thrift store is Saturday.Good Shepherd Thrift Shop and Food Bank is expanding into another downtown space.
The nonprofit organization is opening a furniture and Christmas/holiday store in the former Ladd Service Company space on Fourth Street.
It’s at 410 E. Fourth St. across the street from its main location at 423 E. Fourth St.
The grand opening will be 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
Ladd Service Company now operates on the south side of U.S. Highway 24-40 at 1520 State Ave.
