Tonganoxie City Council members to have work session Saturday

Tonganoxie City Council Chambers are moving to the former public library at Third and Bury streets. In-person meetings also available for viewing on a city YouTube Channel could start with the Jan. 19 regular meeting.City Council members will review the 2016 strategic plan and discuss 2026 budget development priorities at a retreat later this month in Kansas City, Kan.
The public meeting will be 8 a.m. March 29 at the Chateau Avalon board room, 701 Village West Parkway in KCK.
The work session will not include an opportunity for public comment, which is routine with many work sessions. Council members next will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. April 7 at council chambers, Third and Bury streets in Tonganoxie.
