Virginia Schwartzman

Services for Virginia C. Schwartzman, 92, Bonner Springs, were Tuesday, July 8, at Alden-Harrington Funeral Home, Bonner Springs. Burial was in Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Mrs. Schwartzman died Thursday, July 3, 2008, at Bonner Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Oct. 19, 1915, in Eagleville, Mo., the daughter of Lloyd and Avice Miller.
She moved in 1937 to Kansas City, Kan. In 1984, she moved to Clearview City, Kan., where she lived until she relocated in 1988 to Bonner Springs.
Mrs. Schwartzman was a member of Bonner Springs First Christian Church. She retired in 1982 from Modern Handicraft, where she worked for many years.
Her husband, David Schwartzman, died in 1981.
Survivors include a son, James Schwartzman; and a grandson.
