Doris Dunavin

Memorial services for Doris Anne Dunavin, 58, Amarillo, were Friday at Independence Village Chapel in Amarillo.
Ms. Dunavin died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008.
She was born Sept. 3, 1949, in Salisbury, Mo., the daughter of James and Dorris Kendall.
Ms. Dunavin retired from Eudora Nursing Center after 18 years as a certified nursing assistant.
Survivors include a son Dennis Ray II, Amarillo; her parents, James and Dorris Kendall, Washburn; a sister, Jane Denise Alcorn, Amarillo; a brother, Richard Kendall, Valle de Oro; and five grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Schooler Funeral Home in Amarillo is in charge of arrangements.
