James Jewell

Services for James H. Jewell, 52, Garnett will be Friday, Feb. 20 at Hubbel Hill Cemetery, Tonganoxie.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie.
Mr. Jewell died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009, at Olathe Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 31, 1956, in Richland, Va., the son of George and Jean (Hamm) Jewell. He worked as a fan blade operator for Marley Cooling Towers, Olathe.
Mr. Jewell married Jo Moore on May 13, 1987, in Tonganoxie. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include, two sons, Mike and Brandon Mills, both of Garnett; three daughters, Laura Grover, Independence, Cassandra Jewell, Garnett, and Jessica Jewell, Lawrence; his mother, Jean Jewell, Oskaloosa; two brothers, Steve Jewell, Orange, Texas and Mike Jewell, Oskaloosa, KS; three sisters, Sherry Jewell, Winchester, Teresa Jackson, Leavenworth, and Lisa Nussbaum, Tonganoxie; and eight grandchildren.
