She was born Sept. 14, 1935, in St. Marys, the daughter of Cornelia F. Trude Fischer. She graduated from Perry Rural High School in 1954.
?Miss Fischer lived most of her life in the Perry community. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church and St. Theresa Ladies Altar Society in Perry and a member of the Perry Rural Hope Club.?
Survivors include a brother, John Fischer, Baldwin City, and extended family, including an aunt, uncle and many cousins.
