Marjorie Dale

Olathe — Graveside funeral services for Marjorie Mae (Day) Dale, 81, of Olathe, formerly of Bonner Springs, will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the Bonner Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Dale died Monday, March 23, 2009, at her home. She was born Aug. 11, 1927, in Gun City, Mo. She loved raising several generations of children. She was an active member of the Bonner Springs Baptist Church, having played the piano there for more than 40 years. She was a self-taught cake decorator.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Aubrey L. Day in 1987, and Larry Dale in 2005.
She is survived by three sons, Stephen Day of Bonner Springs, Randy Day of Shawnee, and Rodney Day of Kansas City, Kan.; a brother; three sisters; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
