Lynda Norris
Bonner Springs — Memorial services for Lynda Walley Norris, 58, Bonner Springs, were Sunday, Oct.11, at Unity Temple on the Country Club Plaza, Kansas City, Mo.
Mrs. Norris died Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, at her home.
She was born June 23, 1951, in Kansas City, Mo.
She lived most of her youth in Shawnee and graduated in the Class of 1969 from Shawnee Mission North High School.
During the 1970s, Lynda lived an adventurous life, residing in New York City and Los Angeles.
Returning to Kansas City in 1982, she started her own skin care business. She was well known in the industry for her expertise.
Lynda’s passions were her love for all animals, especially her dogs Sadie and Jack.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry “Bud” Norris; his sons, Raymond and Max; two brothers, David Sutter, Morris, Kan., and Gene Walley, Omaha, Neb.; and a sister, Erin Hemenway, Palm Springs, Calif.
The family suggests memorials to the Kansas City Hospice, Wayside Waifs or Animal Haven.
