Cleadus Teeters

Services for Cleadus I. Teeters, 81, Shawnee, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 2, at Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery.
Mrs. Teeters died Monday, June 28, 2010, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 15, 1928, in Trail, Mo., the daughter of Vol and Elsie Leek Estes.
Mrs. Teeters was an active member of First Baptist Church of Shawnee for 55 years.
She married Leon Teeters on Jan. 18, 1947, in Kansas City, Kan. She and her husband enjoyed many years of traveling with their camping club, the Jayhawk Ramblers.
Survivors include her husband, Leon; three daughters, Sharon (Bill) MacLean, Laguna Niguel, Calif., Wanda (Stan) Monger, Shawnee, and Pamela (John) Phillips, Erie; a son, Kevin (Joyce) Teeters, Paola; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, July 1, at the chapel.
