Thelma Althouse

Funeral services for Thelma Althouse, 80, Basehor, will be 6 p.m. Friday, May 28, at Liberty Baptist Church, 13101 Parallel Pkwy., Kansas City, Kan.
Visitation will start one hour before the service at the church.
Mrs. Althouse died Monday May 24, 2010, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Lawrence.
She was born July 20, 1929, in Osceola, Neb. She was a homemaker and attended the Kansas State School for the Blind, Kansas City, Kan.
Survivors include her husband, Nelson Althouse, of the home; one son, William Althouse, Lawrence; one brother, Leslie Waymire, Mulvane; and four grandchildren.
