Doug Morris

Graveside services for Doug Morris, 55, De Soto and previously of Fayetteville, Ark., will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, at Bonner Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Morris died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at Hillside Village Nursing Home.
He was born Nov. 7, 1954, in Wichita, the son of Robert and Eunice Morris. He graduated in 1974 from Bear Creek High School in Lakewood, Colo. He had worked at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
Survivors include two sisters, Julie Jordan (Ron) of Siloam Springs, Ark., and Sonja Luke (Lawrence), Bonner Springs.
The family suggests memorials to Muscular Dystrophy Association, sent in care of Alden-Harrington Funeral Home, 214 Oak St., Bonner Springs, KS 66012.
