Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Frances Schlicht, 73, Bonner Springs, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 18, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kansas City, Kan. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Kansas City, Kan.
Mrs. Schlicht died Thursday, April 14, 2011, at her home.
She was born June 26, 1937, in Missouri, the daughter of the late Henry and Benicia Horn. A lifelong area resident, she was a 1955 graduate of Ward High School.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Jack Schlicht, of the home; five children, Jeff (Terri) Schlicht and Greg (Kelly) Schlicht, both of Lenexa, Donna Schlicht and her fiancé, Joe McReynolds, Kansas City, Kan., Laura (Steve) Zarnowiec, Lawrence, and Troy (Jennifer) Schlicht, Olathe; three sisters, Carol Ann (Jim) Murray, Lansing, Judy (Marvin Ortbals), Claremore, Okla., and Geri Lou (Bob) Strong, Atchison; and five grandchildren.
