Tonganoxie High wrestling has nine wrestlers who have qualified already for the state championships, and four more could join them.

THS, competing Saturday at a Class 4A regional in Baldwin, has seven wrestlers in their respective finals: Brodie Starcher (106), Dax Duffett (126), Braeden Moore (132), Braeden Moore (132), Brady Martin (144), Noah Bailey (150), Gannon Sonntag (157), Colton Brusven (165), Hunter Benedict (215) and Gavin Rhoads (285).

Tonganoxie also leads the regional standings with 211 points overall. Holton is in second with 142 and Santa Fe Trail third with 107.5.
