Amie (Riddle) Turley’s first book “Growing Up Female” will be released Friday.

Turley is a teacher, motivational speaker and author. She also has a podcast, “The Christian Girl Uncensored.”

Her current topics as a speaker are self-esteem, friendships, relationships, dating and planning for the future.

Turley lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, two children and “sweet” beagle, per her website.

She loves baking, working toward her latest goals and napping.

Turley’s book signing will be 10-11 a.m. Saturday in the community room at Tonganoxie Public Library, 217 E. Fourth St.
