Jefferson County Fire District No. 9 Fire Department will have its Summer Pancake Feed Fundraiser from 6:30 a.m.-11 a.m. Aug. 5, at the McLouth Fire House.

Tractor pull Aug. 4-5

Enjoy Two Days of Kansas Summer Nationals Truck and Tractor Pull presented by Heart of America Antique Steam Engine and Model Association at the McLouth Threshing Bee Grounds Aug. 4 and 5.

The entrance is three blocks south of Kansas Highway 16 and Kansas Highway 92 in McLouth.

Gates open at 3 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday. Pulls start at 7 p.m. General Admission: $20 Friday and $25 Saturday. Weekend Pass: $40. Youths 5 and younger get free admission. Cooler (14″x14″x14″) fees are $20 per day (no glass). Camping is available. Additional info 913-683-9234.
