McLouth is planning for its America 250 Parade when it will celebrate 250 years of independence,

The event will be April 18 in downtown McLouth. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the planning and the “behind the scenes” organization to make this a memorable event.

There will be two parades. The children’s parade will be at 11 a.m., and the main parade will be at 1 p.m.

Drive your tractors, enter your floats, ride your horses, wear your patriotic clothing, display your military vehicles, fly your American flags, etc., and make this a celebration to remember.

Main Parade entrants, should contact Candace Braksick at kscsr1@gmail.com with a brief description and how many people are in your group.
