School board accepts resignations
Tonganoxie school board members Monday night met in executive session to discuss non-elected personnel issues and negotiations.
After the executive session, board members hired:
David Wahlgren as ninth-grade science teacher.
Cathy Riddle as drill team sponsor.
Suzanne Rucker as high school math teacher.
Jenna Delay as high school English teacher.
Jane VanHatten as high school French and Spanish teacher.
Randy Kraft as high school girls’ basketball coach.
The board also accepted resignations of Margaret Willson and Sharon Stratton, elementary music; Kathy Walker, drill team sponsor; and Christine Janssen, bus driver.
The next regular meeting of the board is set for 7 p.m. Monday in the board office.
