Brent and Daylean Pearce, Haysville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Constance Pearce, to William C. Black, son of Donald Black, McLouth, and Christine Black, Leavenworth.

The future bride is a graduate of Campus High School, Haysville, and of Manhattan Christian College. The future groom is a graduate of Tonganoxie High School who attended Manhattan Christian College. He currently attends Kansas State University in Manhattan.

The couple plan a May 25, 2002, wedding at First Christian Church in Junction City.
